Ingredients (large-bt)
☘ 6 nos. – large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
☘ 3 tbsp – oil
☘ 1 tsp – coriander powder
☘ 1 tsp – cumin powder
☘ 1 tsp – red chilli powder
☘ ¼ tsp – turmeric powder
☘ ½ tsp – pepper powder
☘ 1/3 tsp – cinnamon powder
☘ 1/8 tsp – clove powder
☘ To taste salt
Method (large-bt)
1) In a deep bowl, combine potato wedges with 4oo ml water and microwave uncovered on high power for 5-7 minutes. Drain off the water.
2) Combine the potato wedges with the oil and spread out evenly on a greased glass plate. Cover with a paper towel or microwave plastic food cover and microwave on a high power for 6 minutes, pausing and turning over after 2 minutes.
3) Combine all the powders, mix very thoroughly and sprinkle liberally over the wedges. Serve hot.
4) If using the grill mode. Heat the oven then place the wedges on the tray provided. Grill for 5 minutes.
