Ingredients (large-bt)
☘ 6 nos. – large potatoes, diced
☘ 2 nos. – carrots, finely chopped
☘ 1 nos. – large green capsicum, finely chopped
☘ 1 nos. – large onion, finely chopped
☘ 1 tbsp – ginger garlic paste
☘ ¼ tsp – pepper powder
☘ To taste salt
☘ 2 tbsp – oil
Method (large-bt)
1) In a glass bowl, combine potatoes with just enough water to cover them and microwave on high power for 8 minutes, pausing and stirring after 4 minutes.
2) The potatoes should be cooked well enough to be mashed properly. Repeat microwaving if necessary.
3) Combine mashed potatoes with carrots, capsicum, onions, ginger garlic paste, pepper and salt and mix very thoroughly.
4) Shape into tikkis.
5) Place tikkis on a greased microwaveable glass plate and brush all over with oil.
6) Start the grill and cook on high power for 5 minutes or until browned.
