Ingredients (large-bt)
☘ 150 gms – minced chicken
☘ ¼ tsp – garam masala powder
☘ 1 ½ - ginger – garlic paste
☘ ¼ tsp – coriander powder
☘ ¼ tsp – cumin powder
☘ 1 tbsp – lemon juice
☘ 1 tbsp – mustard oil
☘ 1/8 tsp – black salt
☘ To taste salt
☘ ¼ tsp – pepper
☘ 3 tbsp – curd, beaten
☘ 1 tbsp – mustard oil
☘ ¼ tsp – chaat masala
Method (large-bt)
1) In a glass bowl, combine the minced chicken, garam masala powder, ginger – garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, mustard oil, black salt, salt and pepper. Mix well, shape into a long roll and skewer on the skewer provided.
2) Set the grill unit on and press the rotisserie button. Let the oven heat up.
3) Grill in the microwave for 5 minutes.
4) Mix the curd and mustard oil.
5) Pause the oven after 2 ½ minutes and brush the kebab all over with curd and mustard oil mixture.
