Ingredients (large-bt)
☘ 200 gms – cauliflower, grated
☘ 1 nos. – large onion, finely chopped
☘ ½ tsp – turmeric powder
☘ 2 nos. – medium sized tomatoes, finely chopped
☘ 100 gms – paneer, grated
☘ 2 tsp – oil
☘ To taste salt
To be ground into a paste (large-bt)
☘ 3 nos. – green chillies
☘ 4-6 – cloves garlic
☘ ½ piece – ginger
☘ 2 nos. – cloves
☘ 2 nos. – green cardamoms
☘ 6-8 – peppercorns
☘ 1 tsp – cumin seeds
☘ 1 tsp – red chilli powder
Method (large-bt)
1) In a glass bowl, combine the oil, onion and turmeric powder and microwave uncovered for 2 minutes.
2) Mix in the ground paste and microwave again for 1 minute.
3) Mix in the tomatoes and microwave for 3 minutes.
4) Mix in cauliflower and paneer, add 3 tbsp water (if required) and microwave for 5 minutes, pausing and stirring after 2 ½ minutes.
5) Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
